Community Composting Outdoor Class

The class will cover the science, art, materials, methods and benefits of composting. It is sponsored by the Santa Barbara-Martineztown Community Compost Co-op. The class will be presented with a special focus on practices for a high desert climate. Totally optional, but prior to the class, you may enjoy reading our brochures: (1) Composting in the Desert, and (2) Selecting a Method that Works for You. Instructor: John Zarola.
