Bokashi Composting

The class is part of the Gutiérrez-Hubbell House Backyard Composting Series.  The Bokashi Bucket method is a two-step approach to composting which has the advantage of being able to include meat and dairy products. The first step is anaerobic and involves fermenting the food waste; for the second stage, the fermented material is incorporated in soil..
